Warehouse & Workshop
In order to meet all the requirements of the European market, AirTECH has available a wide warehouse of the main types of pumps, accessories and spare parts.
This allows us to be able to provide the goods ex works within a working day or to deliver it at your location within an agreed timeline.
Moreover, we have a large workshop complete with all equipment for any kind of processing and a qualified Team who work in the pumps’ field for many years.
In this way we have the possibility to customize the product or to realize skid and pumping units.
After-Sales & Repairs
AirTECH is structured so as to ensure a high level of After-Sales Service including the technical assistance and advice both as service parts and repair.
Our After-Sales Service offers you the opportunity to get you free quotations to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the repair.
Moreover, if we find out a particular problem, we can analyze together with the customer the cause of it and suggest you any solution as modifications to materials of the pump or an improvement of the plant.
All pumps repaired or modified at AirTECH workshop are inclusive of final testing and 6 months warranty.
3 Years Warranty
AirTECH offers to all of its customers a 3 year warranty on all range of Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps.
The guarantee covers all parts both the pump’s structure and the air motor’s structure to the exclusion only of all the wear parts, such as diaphragms, valves, valve seats, gaskets, spool and distribution system, for which is given a one year warranty to cover any manufacturing defects.
All the guarantees are apply just in case of proper installation and correct use as reported in the instructions manual.
